This treatment will be customized to each clients Dosha to have a balancing effect on the recipient as it helps them to release stress and tension creating a sense of peace and well being. Doshas are three energy foreces that govern the body and mind. These doshas are Vata (Air), Pitta (Fire) and Kapha (Earth) and they are associated with different physical and mental characteristics. The Oil used in this treatment will be customized according to individual dosha combinations.
