Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up in life and you have to cancel, and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.

 

Any clients with cancellations less than 24 hours beforehand will be charged 50% of the appointment fee (cancellations within 3 hours of your appointment will be charged for the full appointment). 

 

Any clients missing their appointment ('no shows') will be charged the full cost of the appointment.  We thank you for your understanding.
