Functional Taping
Functional Therapeutic Taping differs from other taping methods as it allows for FULL range of motion of the area taped, not meant to be restRictive. The tape is 100% cotton and you will forget it is even there. the adhesive is waterproof, so you can shower as normal, and it is applied for longer periods of time, Meant to last 3-5 days.

Thai Yoga Massage
Guiding the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points.
